The Conservation and Conflict training is conducted through a small group process; hence, space is extremely limited. HWCC Member organizations have first priority for space.

HWCC Member Organizations

$350 for lunch and materials fee

HWCC member organizations may send one person from their organization to the training for the cost of the lunch and materials. Additional participants must pay the full cost of the training.

HWCC Non-member Organizations

Government and Private Sector: $1250
Non-profit sector: $850
Student (limited space available): $500

The price of the training includes materials, lunch and training fee for the 3 days.

Scholarships

Scholarships are available to professionals from developing nations who face conflict in their conservation work. Scholarship recipients will have all but $75 of the training fee waived – a minimum $775 value. Limited scholarships are available for each training. At this time, there are no scholarships available for travel or lodging, only to waive the training fee. Scholarship recipients will be responsible for their own travel and lodging costs.
